Michael T. Grimes is Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. Mr. Grimes also is an officer in Judge Advocate General's Corps, U.S. Navy Reserves, where he currently serves as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the federal district courts of Washington, D.C. and Maryland.

Professor Grimes earned his J.D. from The Washington College of Law of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, and his M.S. in Management Information Systems and B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
