LornaDeRosais General Counsel for MAG Aerospace (“MAG”), headquartered in Fairfax, VA. MAG Aerospace a leader in defense technology, delivering a full spectrum of multi-domain capabilities, including manned and unmanned aircraft operations, cyber, tactical communications, and artificial intelligence to a diverse set if customers on a global scale.
At MAG,Lornahas oversight over the company’s legal matters including corporate governance, litigation, mergers and acquisition, employment, and regulatory compliance. In her role as General Counsel,Lornaalso oversees the Contracts, Procurement, Safety, and Security functions. Prior to joining MAG,Lornaspent several years at BAE Systems, largely supporting the contracts organization with Government and commercial contracts management.
Lornais a graduate of Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Leadership Academy, Class of 2021; in 2023, she was recognized as a Corporate Counsel Star by DCA Live, and in early 2024 she was recognized as one of DCA Live’s Power Women of GovCon.Lornareceived a B.A., in Business Management and Economics from Clark University in Worcester, MA,her M.B.A. with a concentration in social change from Clark University, and a J.D. from the ĢƵ, in Washington, DC.Lornais a resident of Northern Virginia, with her husband Nick and their two children, Olive and Graham.
